It’s getting Crazy up in Crazy Town’s, Shifty's, ICU

Who knew that Shifty Shellshock was a daddy? Not me, but I am sure fans knew.

Turns out the Shifty’s ex, Jasmine Lennard, and mother of his 2 year old son was pretty clueless in the goings on with her ex-man. Finding not from family but friends that he was in an unresponsive coma (rumor mill has it that Shifty may in fact be brain dead), and when Jasmine rushed to the hospital she was apparently grabbed by Shifty’s sister resulting into a full blown argument that had security interjecting.

Seems that Shifty’s family is solely blaming her for his relapse back into drugs that is seemingly the reason for the coma in the first place. TMZ reports that Jasmine left him over the Christmas holiday basically because of his relapse.

Jasmine Lennard shot to fame in 2005 when she was finalist in Rachel Hunter’s British reality show “MAKE ME A SUPER MODEL”. Since then, Lennard, has carved out a career from the appearance and rifts between fellow models becoming a red carpet regular as well as a TV presenter. She also has had a role in 2005 Guy Ritchie film “REVOLVER” starring Jason Statham.

Shify Shellshock (Crazy Town) Takes Another Fall From the Proverbial Wagon of Recovery

Once again we see that one of the alum for “Celebrity Rehab” has not only fallen off the wagon and is now in a coma.

Turns out Shifty Shellshock (Seth Brooks Binzer), front man for the band Crazy Town, has been lying in a coma since Thursday, TMZ reports, and is totally unresponsive.

Following his struggle with substance abuse, Shifty was one of nine celebrities featured in the first season “Celebrity Rehab” where he graduated from treatment with the other cast members in the summer of 2007, but subsequently appeared towards the end of the second season apparently suffering from a relapse. Looks like Shifty once again fell on hard times, only this time there was no one there to catch him.

However, I don’t know about you, but if I need rehab Doctor Drew is rapidly becoming the man that I DO NOT WANT TO SEE.

In the last 18 months members of Dr. Drew’s Pasadena Hospital for Recovery has lost some notable clients of the likes of Alice in Chains bassists, Mike Starr, and Jeff Conaway. Not to mention that back in 2008 Drew’s hospital was under by the California Department of Public Health for three other deaths unrelated to the show, one of whom was found dead just hours after checking into the facility.

So if you are wondering why “Celebrity Rehab” has been around it might be because they have had a poor track record. However, the show is neither canceled or in production. Supposedly VH1 and Drew have been in talks about a new season but at the moment there are no plans.
